Visit historic Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona Memorial and Museum, pay your respects at the Punchbowl National Cemetery, explore the vibrant streets of Chinatown, and pass by the Hawaiʻi State Capitol, the only royal palace in the United States—ʻIolani Palace—and the legendary King Kamehameha the Great statue. Explore the sacred volcanic terrain of Mauna Loa and Kīlauea—two of the planet’s most active and accessible volcanoes—and behold the summit region of Kīlauea, rising approximately 4,090 feet above sea level amid a dramatic landscape of steaming vents, lava tubes, and verdant fern forests.
